How do YOU want to do school?
In Personalized Learning, a certificated teacher works with a student and parents to develop an individualized curriculum drawing from a palette of varied instructional modalities. At Shasta Secondary Home School (SSHS), these modalities include individual classes at comprehensive high school campuses in the Shasta Union High School District (SUHSD)
Set your own goals
As students, parents and facilitators develop Personalized Student Learning Plans, each student will be encouraged to define and reach his or her own goals.
Participate
The SSHS student community participates in various onsite learning opportunities, including math, science and computer labs and classes, tutoring, photography and art classes.

For the last three years I have been educated through Personalized Learning. During this time, I have developed many skills that I believe will greatly benefit me in my future goals.
